Facebook Status Today

my Facebook status today...

"The only good things in my life are my husband and my dog. Sometimes I feel incredibly lucky and sometimes I feel incredibly sad."

Do you think I'll get kicked off Facebook for admitting I'm sad?

...lots of posts rolling around in my head.  I've been enjoying the great weather we've been having!

Better question: Do you think Facebook would hire us to be the arbiters of who gets kicked off Facebook for their status updates? I have a loooooong list of violators that need to be stopped.

I hope your sad days are far fewer in number than the days you feel lucky.

I hear ya. I've been flat lately and the only thing that really does make me happy right now is being at home w/ my dog and my dh.

I wanted to share my blog with you. I've see you on Fertile Thoughts for a while and have followed your blog for over a year. I think we are in a similar space, although I'm still considering one more cycle, but have been through the ringer as well. And much of what you say rings true with me. Don't feel obligated to read it of course, but just thought I'd try to connect...

((HUG))

I'm the same way. Either I feel so blessed or so bitter...

Thanks for the laugh. Sorry it was at your expense though. That could by my FB status update too. I'm also amazed that none of my FB friends are ever, ever sad. Huh!

I think sometimes it is a relief when people admit that they are sad, on FB and in life.
But know what you mean, I often think the very same thing. But other times I think how lucky I am to be here, able to enjoy a sunny day, beers with friends, a snug home and a bed. It's all about perspective, and that is constantly changing! I hope you feel better soon.

*hug* I totally understand. Celebrate the joys if you can, and be sad if you need to. *hug*

It's a good sign that you can still feel luck for some things in your life. IF is a horrible thing to go through, and it touches so many parts of our lives - hold on to those good things.

Facebook is evil. That is all.

hi Megan-
I miss you. I think it's normal but not fun feeling sad. I find that when I'm feeling that way doggy kisses make me feel better, hugs to you and I hope you come back soon.

I have been following your blog for a while now but I have never posted a comment,

I am so sick of seeing all sorts of happy fluff posts on facebook, it okay to even them out with a few sad posts sometimes!
