A moderate amount of exercise would be good, but my RE has warned against anything that gets your heart rate up high (no aerobics, moderate jogging or walking). When I start my stims (within a week, I hope) I will probably revert to my ice cream habit - it got me through the last cycle! So I would step it up a bit over walking. Seems a few of the pregnancy blogs I still read--mom got pregnant while re-starting an aggressive excercise routine. That's the ONLY good luck I've had, but hey, I'm planning on keeping up the pineapple habit next time, as well. <br /><br />And yeah, no hot baths, please!<br /><br />And no skim milk.
